The Venue
The Hare and Hounds Hotel, Westonbirt, Tetbury, Gloucestershire GL8 8QL
The Hare & Hounds is a beautiful pub and hotel near Tetbury, Gloucestershire. For those that know the area, it's right next to Westonbirt Arboretum. Everything will take place here, so once you arrive, there's no more travelling.
Parking is freely available on site and rooms are available to book in the extremely likely event that you don't want to drive home after the party!
You are welcome to wander the grounds and various chilled areas of the hotel during the day and evening if you need a rest (!)

It's a bit pricey even with the discount, but there are plenty of other options in the area.
The Day
We would love a relaxed and informal day. There is no dress code. Dress up, don't dress up - all that matters to us is that you'll be there!
If the weather is kind to us, we may decide to get hitched outdoors, so bring an extra layer just in case.
If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know here.
The Night
If you're joining us for the evening, please ask for the Westonbirt Room. That part of the hotel is ours for the night, including a private bar and outside area. There will be 'light bites' during the evening to keep everyone going!

Gifts
All we really want is your presence, not presents!
However, to give you a choice, we've created an option for gifts, should you feel the urge.
Many of you know that we bought our beautiful house in 2023 and are loving it there; we are lucky (and old) enough to have accumulated nice stuff over the years, however, there are a number of changes we would eventually love to make to our home so any contributions to those future projects would be gratefully received.
We think a honeymoon would be nice too, one day! So we've called it our Home & Honeymoon fund.
